Trade shows are central to CLARINO™ – our attendance throughout the year is hugely important, opening opportunities not only to showcase our products but also to engage and interact with the people who make us who we are. We’re excited to discuss two upcoming events that we will be attending this autumn, as well as key industry challenges that they focus on: sustainability and technological advancements.

Where can you find us?

Our sports and outdoor apparel team is exhibiting at two events in Munich – Performance Days, (October 4-5), and ISPO (November 28-30). The first is a functional fabric fair, attracting around 300 exhibitors and 3,000 visitors.[1] ISPO is much larger, with broad perspective of the sports industry, hosting 2,800 exhibitors and a huge 85,000 visitors.[2] What both fairs share is an ability to provide an invaluable platform for companies to showcase their latest products and innovations as well as to connect with their peers and customers. They attract some of the world’s top brands, with Adidas, Lacoste, Puma, Timberland and many more participating in the past or planning to do so this year.[3]

Helping companies to tackle industry challenges, or take advantage of new opportunities, is at the core of both events. These include the increasing consumer demand for sustainable products, and the need to stay up to date with technological advances. Seminars and workshops educate the whole industry on the subject of sustainability, and materials and technology innovations are visible throughout. At CLARINO™, we’re excited to attend both Performance Days and ISPO to stay ahead of the curve and connect with professionals as we constantly strive to improve.

Showcasing and connecting

With the sports and workwear industries being amongst the main markets for CLARINO™, these events are a great opportunity for us to demonstrate our product portfolio. At both shows, we’ll provide a broad overview of our premium microfibres, but also highlight our developments in sustainability, like our products made from recycled PA or recycled PES, and the world’s first mono-material non-woven microfibre based on 100% recycled polyester. We’re not only keen to showcase our commitment to sustainability through our leather alternatives, but also to highlight their performance characteristics, including durability, light weights, washability, water repellence and comfort. Visitors can also see how our microfibres are being used in shoes, gloves and more!

As well as showcasing our portfolio, we’re excited to connect with customers and the industry as a whole, and use these events to continue educating ourselves. Establishing business connections and understanding the industry is a must, but we’re just as eager to delve into the range of seminars and conferences on topics such as sustainability, technology and trends to allow us to stay on the ball.

For a deeper insight into our CLARINO™ microfibre portfolio, meet us at our booths at Performance Days (Hall A5, Booth S21, October 4-5 2023, Munich) and ISPO (Hall C1, Booth 407, 28-30 November 2023, Munich). See you there!
